The tag seems to be used for breasts in the chest area when such a thing would be unusual for the character/species.

I can't seem to spot that in the tagged posts. The tag seems applied to posts even where they would seem usual.

However, we already have pretty good coverage nonetheless:

• For anthro, breasts in the chest area is usual.
• For feral characters with breasts in the chest area, we already have busty_feral.
• For feral characters with breasts in the crotch area, we have teats, which states breasts shouldn't be tagged.

For everything else, I think a tag like "unusual_breast_placement" would be better. Though I haven't really seen any post where this would apply.
