Clothed is aliased with fully_clothed.
So implicating partially_clothed to that seems a bit off. Ever since fully_clothed got aliased, the only way to search for fully clothed characters has been clothed -partially_clothed -bottomless -topless.
EDIT: Oh, wait. We were talking about implicating it. So I suppose that wouldn't actually change anything, the above search still work. Just feels weird to implicate it to 'fully_clothed', that's all.

+1 for implicating to clothed instead.
Could it also be worth unaliasing fully_clothed from clothed and adding an implication instead? Expecting people to use clothed -partially_clothed -bottomless -topless for a search is ridiculous.
