Reason: It's only ever mentioned once in the movies as a throwaway line, but licensed merchandise like this toy also have the name of the dragon from Shrek listed as Elizabeth

In this case, I think many people would be confused seeing "Elizabeth", as the way the name was used that one time could easily be mistaken for a fourth-wall-breaking joke (I know I thought it was). In all other cases, she's just called "Dragon", even by Donkey after he's already married to her and has babies. Due to that, I'd more be in favor of the opposite alias, elizabeth_(shrek) -> dragon_(shrek).
