Did his account get hacked or something? Should we be concerned? And why is no-content bumping even a thing?

Why does everyone assume I've been hacked
No, I haven't been hacked, unhiding forum posts bumps the topic
A ton got unhidden become a user threw a temper tantrum and hid hundreds of forum posts

I think the 'hacked' assumption is due to the ongoing FA mess; there's an understandable concern that it spills over to other sites as well.
Rip Kemonophonic
I did assume it was a coincidence, but it was certainly weird timing that all this thread-bumping happened at the same time as the FA thing. I wasn't part of the discord so I was visiting the thread for updates and it was harder to find because of all the thread-bumps. I guess I should have bookmarked it.

Clearly, after the hacker was done pushing crypto scams using the FA domain, their next priority would be bumping a couple hundred random threads on e621. And nothing else.
Honestly, some people just need to sit down and think for a second.

To be fair, I've seen people do much dumber things after getting access to things they shouldn't have.

Kemonophonic had done this before, October of '22. but back then no one had noticed, I'm assuming because none of those the threads were literally brand new and only one contained an active alias request, and also probably because, at the time, Kem wasn't of the site's top 10 active contributors.

Come on, Cut peeps some slack. ◠‿╹)~★
The Fur'A hack was a really tense time for everyone.
It wasn't specifically about the bumps that made peeps
wonder. It was the seemingly random and spontaneous
burst of weirdness while their guard was already up.
All and all, it was just bad timing for the perfect storm
of "Is e6 under attack too?!" to be a perfectly reasonable
thing to ask, given the lead-up, Dood

Did they strike a nerve or something? Geeze

Really tense if e6 sites would be hacked, I mostly use that sites. So bosses of e6 need to be prepared for such attacks and make precautions like backups and install security patches. I sure that they doing this a long time ago already for years.
TBH, I was fully expecting e6 to be the next target. And if it weren't for the fact that the hacker was stupid enough for his plan to backfire as spectacularly as it did, who knows.
