remove implication tail_through_skirt (5166) -> tail (1374219)
remove implication tail_through_skirt (5166) -> furgonomics (55223)
create implication tail_through_skirt (5166) -> tail_clothing (3226)

Reason: Seeing that tail_clothing exists, tail_though_skirt should imply it. Remove duplicate implications.
Don't imply tail_though_clothing -> skirt because it could be a dress skirt.

Checked with the BUR debugger.

It doesn't seem tail_clothing always applies since it can be a result of the tail bursting through a normal skirt, e.g. from transformation or tail_growth:
