Reason:

Boots are kind of footwear.

Would be very nice to get these sorted out finally, approved this one to start.

I don't mean to hijack the thread, but I had some pending ones in forum #145976, and rather than bring that thread back up, I'd like to get some feedback on the few that are remaining.

Probably not:

• Implication: necktie -> clothing (pending)
• Implication: bow_tie -> clothing (pending)

Probably:

• Implication: high_heels -> shoes (forum #151221) or footwear (pending) - More likely footwear for simplicity (and in case of boots)
• Implication: high_heeled_boots -> boots (pending), high_heels (pending)
• Implication: knee_boots -> boots (pending)
• Implication: thigh_boots -> boots (pending), legwear (pending)
• Implication: thigh_high_boots -/> boots (pending), legwear (pending) - To use thigh_boots instead
• Alias: thigh_high_boots -> thigh_boots (pending)

Unsure:

• Implication: socks -> footwear (pending) - Currently implies legwear
• Implication: hat -> clothing (pending)
