I think it's great that people are being creative and taking advantage of the medium.

Oh man I remember doing that on colors!3D back in middle school.
Perhaps if they’re uploaded they’re just pieced together by a 3rd party if allowed?
Back on tumblr when images were frameless and you could play with it we called it bluespace.

TBH I think better option would be to plop them in image editing software and piece them together.
something like this could probably work? (don't use that though i didn't try very hard to line them up)
i just wish people didn't use twitter as their exclusive art sites the quality is not so great.
Know Your Meme has a page on it and variants of it (choking Sasuke, Pope Francis holding things, thigh-high boots). In my opinion, twitter_image_combination_memes seems kinda long, but please_work is too vague.

Maybe just image_combination_meme since t could be replicated on other sites? and tag twitter if the ui is twitter
