The tag alias #72289 bigmi_nono -> spicylotor is pending approval.

Reason: Same artist, 100% overlap between the two tags, and "spicylotor" is the name they're using on socprofile and most of their sites now. Only thing is, their Artist profile page or whatever is associated with the other name and tag; can this be changed?
