Should be reversed, IMO. "Ruler condom" is less ambiguous and brings to mind more clearly what it means, even if you've never heard the term before. The other tags could probably do with better names too; "graded" can take on more meanings, ranging from quality (e.g. graded meat), to correctness (e.g. a test grade), to angles (e.g. a slope grade), to length (e.g. a depth grade), creating a risk of ambiguity, if other names are possible.

this tagname seems a bit ambiguous, "graded" makes me think of like someone grading a school paper or a piece of meat, but most of the posts under this tag are closer to the markings on graduated cylinders.

I'm inclined to agree with Watsit in that "graded" is ambiguous. I initially thought it referred to the coloring. Would tags like throat/tail/balls/penis/etc._grading or throat/tail/balls/penis/etc._gauge be more obvious?
