It would be if you are stalking/harassing them or asking for private information.

I'm not sure how much of a help we could be, honestly.

if we were worried about this, if one of us was able to find this other user we'd be able to act as a go-between and let them act on their own rather than just give out their information to a person none of us know.

For Ryu, what I could find is:

• Twitter - A now-deleted Twitter account with the name, @Charles28618415. A cached description of their profile reads "illiterate role-player age: 19 sexuality: bisexual I don't do commission only rp in English (im sorry)"
• F-list - Since they roleplay, I assume they have an F-list profile. Searching the name brought me to Ryu the Riolu, which may or may not be the same person.
• DeviantArt - There are two commissions made to a "Ryu the Riolu", but no links to any profile page.
• Chicken Smoothie - There is an artist going by the name of Ryu the Riolu (requires registration to access) on CS.
• Amino - There is a character wiki entry with the name Ryu the Riolu on Amino.

For Floo, I don't find a lot of results with people going by that name.

• Twitch - There is only one obscure Twitch user by the name of Floo the Kenku.
