remove implication buried_penis (211) -> penis (1557779)

Reason: Buried_penis is when a penis is partially "buried" in excess fat. While the posts currently tagged buried_penis do in fact contain a penis, I believe it would make sense to start using it for when the penis is 100% "buried", too.
