Slip_collar isn't currently a tag, however I feel it should be. It's a term used for collars that have a tightening action when pulled. Prongs are a type of martingale or limited-slip collar which means they have a limit to how tight they can be pulled. Slip collars aren't exclusively chain.

Also I plan on shortening the prong wiki. It has incorrect information and the ethics and legality of use aren't relevant here.

Weeded out some incorrectly tagged choke chains and found an actual not-chain slip collar. Thought I'd give this a nudge while I look through chain_collar for any chokes missing the tag.
