No, we would never alias an ambiguous *_(character) tag to a specific *_(owner) tag.
For example, we don't alias lily_(character) to a lily_(owner) because not every character named Lily would be the same character as the alias target.

If the intention is to have the character owner's name appear as a suffix in the character tag (i.e., *_(skashi95)), then it should only be done if there are multiple characters under the same name and a disambiguation is needed.
In this case, chuckline is a unique character name by itself, so there is no need for either a _(character) or a *_(skashi95) suffix.

Concur with TheGreatWolfgang aliasing chuckline_(character) to skashi95 could run into problems in the future should there be another character with that name from a different artist.

Instead, this could work as a mass update to either chuckline or chuckline_(skashi95) with the latter looking preferable given chuckline is an actual word in the english dictionary.

Checked chuckline_(character) -skashi95 and the 17 results returned are other artist's depiction of skashi95's character so mass update looks good.

Can't you just keep it the way it was since 4 years ago?

Something must've happened, when I search Chuckline, it still gives you the result Chuckline_(Skashi95) and when ppl click it, it shows just a blank page.

It only shows chuckline_(character) (35) on my end; chuckline_(skashi95) is blank so either the mass update did not apply or it got reverted back to chuckline_(character).

If it is in chuckline_(character) at the moment, I say let's keep it as it is!

SNPtheCat's alias request hasn't been accepted yet, so everything is still currently on Chuckline (character). Chuckline (skashi95) has apparently been abandoned due to someone ‘:\ having converted them all back after the mass update proposed by SpuriousZabalone.

Since Chuckline is unique enough as a name, it doesn't need the _(character) suffix. There is no artist named Chuckline nor are there other characters or concepts that use the name.
