Reason: There are at least three different species called "Starlings". There's the real-world bird, the mascot suit bound zombie, and finally, the fanon name for Elfilin's species. By some miracle, right now all entries in starling_(species) happen to be in one category, the third one. But I can see this potentially causing a great deal of confusion. Especially since the real-world species isn't the one that gets the "(species)" tag. It's also the name of several characters.

With all this in mind, turning "Starling" into a disambiguation only makes sense.
