Isn't "whinge" the British term for whine?
On checking, there are some similarities to the art under artist tag whinge and wanaguma with some tagged both as whinge and waganuma. Most seem to have been made by one artist - them going by the pixiv name ぐち (google translate says it's guchi) and the wanaguma twitter username goes by guchi guchi.
Yeah, on checking I can't connect why it is tagged as whinge. Could it be the artist's anglicized name? Unless otherwise there is a reason why it got tagged as whinge, I suggest rather cleanup first to remove posts under 'whinge' that are not made by this artist then mass update it to artist 'wanaguma'
