The tag toto implies wizard_of_oz; this is causing a small problem as there is an artist called TOTO who has some artwork posted here (pool #1569).

I would like the toto tag to be moved to toto_(character) so that I can add the artist tag without wizard_of_oz getting erroneously appended.

Might as well tag the artist as toto_(artist) too.

Or maybe "instead". "toto" is already established as referring to the character here.
