Reason: The wiki page for multiple_prey says that "all mass vore is technically multiple prey", which seems like a pretty clear-cut case for an implication to me. With that in place, it doesn't make much sense for mass_vore to directly implicate vore, and since multiple_prey apparently doesn't implicate vore yet (eating multiple creatures implies eating a creature), I added that too.

No, because multiple_prey can include imminent_vore; not all of multiple_prey -vore are mistags.
Implication from mass_vore to multiple_prey seems reasonable.
