As such, I feel as if BlueBirdOasis's posts here may be subject to deletion, and the artist's tag should be changed to a "Conditional DNP" at the very least.

that's not how the process works. Avoid Posting and C-DNP is something the artist, and only the artist, has to ask for by using the takedown system. if the artist does not request such, then they do not get added to this list, and vice versa if they only request their artwork to be deleted on e6, then they won't be added unless they make another takedown. ergo, if they feel like they don't want their artwork on e6 they ought to use this system.

Artists need to request a cdnp, we aren't going to force one on them because of some text that can be overapplied or taken out of context

No action will be taken until BlueBirdOasis makes a takedown request. Though, it's probably safe to not upload their work from now on, considering how likely that would be.
