Adding the feature to view comments on replaced posts:

ie:
Posts some_number [pending] (comments on)

Replaced some_number [pending] (comments on)

This currently is not possible and frankly doesn't seem worth it to implement

It would not hurt.
It is pretty much a quality of life feature.
