Reason: For body part sizes, the typical implication structure is as follows:
hyper_x -> hyper
hyper_x -> huge_x
huge_x -> big_x
big_x -> x
with some variations of this structure depending on the body part.
This is currently not the case for the extant lip, nipple, and navel size tags. These proposed changes bring these in line with what is established, like for example the breast and thigh size implications.
