The tag implication #65679 fabulous_beasts -> fenz_(studio) is pending approval.
Reason: Fenz Studio are the studio that created fabulous beasts and should be tagged every time that fabulous beasts is.
That is generally what implications are for, right? I'm unsure as I haven't done this before.
Fenz are the ones behind the animation, but it is based of the comic created by xuexiamaoyaozi
I'm not so sure about the validity of the implication?
Then again I could be totally wrong, i'm not fully sure who owns the ip

Yes, that's usually what copyright -> copyright (publisher) implications are used for.

From what I saw Xue Xei Maoyaozi is indeed the author but also atleast worked with Fenz on the animation, I can't find the information to confirm or deny if they have any kind of buissness beyond that.
At this moment 132/157 posts of Youshouyan have been tagged with Fenz already though and it's impossible to diffirentiate what art is based on the comics and whats based on the animation.

Yeah that complicates things. arguably you can differentiate based on if the characters have appeared in the comic but not the animation (at the time it was made). Or we can nuke the tag entirely.
