The tag implication #65714 wide_hipped_female -> wide_hips has been rejected.
Reason: If there is a female with wide hips in the image, there are wide hips in the image.
EDIT: The tag implication wide_hipped_female -> wide_hips (forum #425911) has been rejected by @spe.

We are scrapping the entirety of wide_hipped_*, see topic #45538 & topic #44287.
