Lately I actually delete more stuff for being irrelevant than for bad quality.

It's a bit subjective (objectively judging art in any sort of acceptable time frame is impossible) but it mostly boils down to: It needs to be art, it needs to not look like scribbles, it needs to have a bit more craftsmanship behind it than a doodle.
Also the quality of the medium is important as well, if you upload a .jpg at 60% compression expect it to get deleted.

in case you didnt know, you can upload other people's art as long as you have permission. it doesnt have to be made by you.

I'll buy a drawing tablet soon. I won't right now until I finish practicing on a sketchbook that I have only 10 pages left on.

Tip for not getting your art deleted: Upload your sketches, unfinished drawings etc to e.g. Fur Affinity which allows pretty much any quality. Also few artists drew a masterpiece the first time, and most had the sense of not showing that to anyone. Either way once you got a finished product, properly scanned and post processed if needed etc., then you're ready to share it here and as long as you got some artistic talent it will probably get to stay and hopefully be liked as well.

Also if one can't draw, no pencil, tool, software or hardware will make one draw much better (might even get worse for a while). It's all about practice, heck if I really wanted to even I could probably get good at drawing, not great (have no artistic "feel"), but still good enough.

That picture you made isn't 'bad quality' to some people, it's bad quality to 'some' people.
'Some' in this context is likely going to mean everybody with working vision.

I mean, I already told you this in a dmail but you need a lot training before you can do justice to the original drawing, just keep drawing but don't expect to get better over night, that takes a lot of patience.

If we're talking about quality I have a question for you NMNY (which is also in your PM box you apparently don't check :P) I started uploading pool #6251 only to find halfway that (at least) one page of it was already uploaded (without artist tagged) and deleted by you because of low quality. Could you take a look on the pool and decide whether it should be totally deleted or undelete this page? There are some pages left but I don't want to upload them if they're going to be deleted.

I answer my inbox whenever I am near my computer. Looking up images and comparing them on my phone is tedious at best.

I don't have a fancy tablet neither, and I use SAI to colours with next to no knowledge of its proper use, and my crap gets the pass, its all about skills and effort. And maybe luck....
