Aliasing covering_crotch → covering_self

Reason:

although covering_crotch seems self evident, that's not the tag we actually use.

I'd almost prefer covering_crotch to make it more clear what the tag is for TBH. Ignoring that for the moment, I'd like to look at the current definitions:

• covering - covering own or someone else's breast/crotch
• covering_breasts - own or someone else's breasts
• someone else's breasts (overlaps with covering_breasts)
• own breasts (overlaps with covering_self)
• covering_self - own crotch or breasts
• (covering_crotch) own or someone else's crotch
• own crotch (overlaps with covering_self)
• someone else's crotch (overlaps with covering_crotch, if used)

I don't know if there's much need for these other variations, but this is where I can see holes.

FWIW I don't mind if we just transfer them all to covering_self. I was just proposing it in that diretion b/c that's the "official" one.

I say imply them all to covering_self. Some people want to just see pictures of characters covering up in general, while others want to see them covering up certain parts.

Keep in mind that you can cover someone else as well.

There's also some stuff in covering_up that needs moving.

I made the following changes:

• Alias: covering_crotch -> covering_self (deleted)
• Implication: covering_crotch -> covering (approved)
