these_aren't_my_glasses is a tag that's generally used when someone's testicles are resting on someone else's muzzle, usually but not always obstructing their vision. ball_nuzzling covers all contacts of the testicles with the face. Going by those definitions, ball_nuzzling subsumes these_aren't_my_glasses, and the later should imply the former.

Implication denied. these_aren't_my_glasses is more of a joke tag than anything, and doesn't really have a standardized definition. It's used for a number of situations and may not even include balls.
