Implicating two_tone_hair -> multicolor_hair.

Reason: Sorry! I don't know if there's already another tag for multicolor_hair but what do we do if there's more than two colors or shades? I just used the multicolor_hair on one of my uploads, we can either change that or also hopefully make all the two_tone's multicolor :3
I'm still kind of new at this implicating things but I think I'm getting it and hope this isn't just silly!

agree, two-toned hair should now be available in technicolor.
