Apparently, having a penis gives you privileges, such as instant higher pay, people don't assume you drive like shit, don't assume you're emotionally unstable and couple other things I can't bother to remember.
Check your privilege then means to simply be aware of that and stop gloating on the fact your wiener gives a (rather small) advantage in our society over the people without one.

Indeed, ignore the fact that having a penis also means you're more likely to get into trouble with the police, expected to provide financially for a family, lose more in a divorce including child custody, you're believed to be abusing or a rapist when accused even when innocent, can get the crap beat out of you by a woman but can't ever hit them back, etc.
