In my way of seeing, the two bunnies (choco and cocoa) that are supposed to be crossdressing by the tags are just wearing normal speedos, any reason why the crossdressing tag is there?

Probably a leftover tag from the parent post, post #5210650, where all three characters are wearing dresses.
For crossdressing to apply, the character needs to be wearing clothing that is of the opposite gender.
I'd guess that the artist forgot to remove the tag after copying those from post #5210650, which was uploaded just before.
I've removed it for now, unless someone else sees something I've missed.
