Not easy to find a connection beyond both names sharing a lot of characteristics beyond art style, a lot of inflation art, and a love for the Brave animated series. The Wayback Machine provided old versions of the now defunct SinfulWarp FA which lists the old Thicc_Geo Twitter which uses "Jal" as the display name. The Thicc Geo header at that time matches the one at the BaloonLop Twitter/X. That Twitter/X links to the Jalpunny Blue Sky which has this post of Toriel getting her head inflated which matches a post in the BalloonGarde FA. Lastly, BalloonGarde states they were SinfulWarp in this journal.

That's a bit of a scenic route for finding a link between the names that someone else could have probably found in a more obvious way. :\
