The tag alias #74426 kitty_kat_(bad_guys) -> kitty_kat_(the_bad_guys) has been approved.

Reason: The (the_bad_guys) suffix keeps consistency with the other tags and it already has the implication in place.

The consequent tag was previously the one in primary use, but was manually moved by one user.

EDIT: The tag alias kitty_kat_(bad_guys) -> kitty_kat_(the_bad_guys) (forum #433295) has been approved by @spe.
