The tag alias #74564 comically_large_penis -> big_penis has been approved.
Reason: Derived from comically large spoon. Essentially just 'abnormally large penis', which could instead be tagged big_, huge_, or hyper_penis, so there's no need to have this fourth option. If there is a humor element, then that tag can just be added.
Aliasing to big_ since that's the smallest of the 3 larger penis tags.
