I will say however, the 3rd suggestion here is a good one, and alaising

We don't need for tags for what is essentially the same thing. Normally, if a clit is visibly erect it's pretty big. I'll get some pics.

In this pic, however it is obviously erect and is a bit bigger than a normal clit though not exaggeratedly so.

I know that, what I'm pointing out is that the tags, especially based on the twys rule, are interchangeable.

I agree with halite:

aliasing erect_clit --> erect_clitoris = good idea
and
aliasing big_clit --> big_clitoris = good idea

But aliasing erect_clitoris --> big_clitoris = bad idea.

That's because they are distinctly different aspects which do not always occur in the same picture. Aliases and implication have to work 99% of the time or else it becomes a bad alias or implication that ends up causing problems because there were too many pictures it didn't belong on. They're usually best when it's impossible to have the one without the other, thus guaranteeing that they'll both be in the same pictures no matter what.

Erection and size are not the same thing. A clitoris, like a phallus, can be either erect, partially erect or completely flaccid. It can also vary in size from a small dot in a picture to an appendage several inches long. And, just like penises, the fact some grow bigger when they become erect does not mean all of them do. Some are "showers" instead of "growers", so they were always big even when flaccid. If you show a big clit that's flaccid, and the alias slaps an "erect_clitoris" tag on it automatically, that is not going to be correct. Equivocating something which is only true sometimes makes for a bad alias.
