Aliasing pudgy -> chubby.

Reason: Functionally they were being used for the same thing on this site; after looking through the 60-something instances of pudgy being used, none of them didn't apply for the chubby tag. While one could make the argument that pudgy is different from chubby, tagging trends leads me to believe that it will continue to be misused and require constant cleaning up.

Yeah these need to be treated equally on e621, those words are used very interchangeably.

Sounds like a good plan to me.

I always prefer to be called chubby over pudgy, so this gets +2 from me. (I'm big enough to count for two votes, right? >_> :P)
