After the whole BluntWiskey having someone post his folio to Derpibooru, I think a clear rule needs to be added for paid folios.

Avoid posting these things.
Posting DNP (Do Not Post) content will lead to disciplinary action up to and including removal and posts will be deleted
- New paysite content. If it's less than two years old, don't post it.

I figure paysite mostly refers to your Sexyfur and what have you sites. Basically, sites you gotta pay to access. The way it's written makes it come across as that. If anything, it should be "New paid content" to include the people on Tumblr selling folios.

So wouldn't that make commissioned art DNP? Because they are selling the art to the commissioner. (I know it probably wouldn't be but I fear this may add more heat to the "im the commissioner and i get all the rights" bullshit fire)

yeah we dont want to say "paid" content, because that could be misinterpreted as commissioned work. "Pay-to-view" would be more appropriate.
