This has been happening for a while now, almost every time I upload some thing Equstria Girls related it's almost immediately deleated because it's "irrelevant to site".

Yet other times when something like that is uploaded it stays. Why!?

I doubt that, considering the one who keeps deleting then is ippiki ookami.

It says in the rules you can upload human art if you dont mind it being deleted. Since EG is mostly humans from what I am aware and less furry, its deleted. Just depends which admin gets to it first... Simple as that.

Ippiki hates human art, as far as I know. Other mods are a bit less restrictive if it's reasonably applicable, but for the most part don't expect any human stuff to actually stick around. If it does, then yay. Else, oh well.

I hope all EG will be deleted.

I don't hate anything. I just seldom approve purely human art. There are like a bajillion other places to post that stuff. I couldn't even guess how many times this has been brought up. If people are tired of seeing their irrelevant human hentai being deleted, then they should stop posting it here.

really gotta say that it is one of the most disappointing things about this site: The total lack of consensus on what is or is not relevant. Leaving your posts up to chance because one mod saw it before another is ridiculous.

Hmm, if the alternative is never allowing non-furry pictures, then I prefer it how it is. This way only the people willing to risk having off-topic pictures deleted will upload them, so the site stays a furry site, with a little off-topic here and there to keep it interesting.

The total lack of concensus is one of the things I have been asking be addressed when it comes to a variety of issues, but I'm in agreement with Enkidu6 in the long run here; Would rather inconsistancy for the few images that do make it on.
