Agreed, but than again I never liked the whole cum_on_(body part here) It seems too abused with some tags and with cum_on_elbow and cum_on_knee ect After awhile it just goes too far

A lot of them are very useful because of specific fetishes.
Face, feet, chest, hair, penis, eyes, mouth, ears, hand, etc. all are fetishes that I've known people to have.

Further minutia is a bit excessive though, as you said knees, elbows, knot etc. since that can just as easily be covered by legs, arms, and penis respectively.

Probably should be if there isn't, armpit sex is definitely a fetish.
