Topic: Crossgender tag problem/cleanup?

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

Okay it seems the crossgender tag is becoming a problem now. I see its on a lot of images, but mostly dickgirl images with no transformation or anything. Even worse users are removing dickgirl tag, putting crossgender and female...when its a breasted female with a dick or a herm.

This tag seems to be on a lot of images as well.. could we start some clean up on this tag? Even the user made wiki doesnt seem to have a clue on what it is for. It trys to imply its for a char of another gender thats not their original gender in the image...but that seems to break tag what you see.

So should we get rid of the tag? refine it? or just clean up the mess?

Crossgender tag is also for rule 63. Don't start cleaning up tag without reading its wiki first, especially what is aliased to this tag.
Transformation part is mainly to include generic characters, without any background, to rule 63.

updated (I'm pretty sure that it wasn't there)

Using it as rule 63 is not breaking rules more than tags like humanized, anthrofied, etc. If you want to remove this tag, you must remove all of them. I explained why I'm against it here.

I didnt clean anything up, the only thing I fixed was a image of a dickgirl fucking themselves in the ass which was tagged as crossgender and 'female' when following tag what you see there is no female in the image. I also already read the wiki. The wiki is torn on the tag in two sides.

I never said we should remove any tag, I just said it might require a clean up as tagging a DICKGIRL as a FEMALE & crossgender IS breaking tag what you see. I have noticed this on a few images tagged with crossgender

And I added tag back. Character seems to be female in canon, and is dickgirl there. Sex was changed - crossgender tag is okay there.

Tagging a character crossgender is okay. tagging it female because that's the original 'canon' sex of the character is not.

Conker is correct in saying it needs cleaning, and possibly aliasing to a different term that doesn't sound like it could be an alias of transgender, even if that tag is as simple as "rule_63".

I didnt mean that tag. You are missing what I am saying here Gilda....I have been finding images tagged with crossgender, where users are tagging them as the original sex not in the image. Also some users have mistaken crossgender for dickgirls and have no gender tags on them. Thats the problem.
