Fall down stairs - It's easy to take ramps or elevators instead where I live. Papercut on eye - eyes heal surprisingly fast, and it would only be a onetime thing. Skull snot - it wouldn't kill me. Shower in Africa - lol Africa has some nice places.

Some places in Africa have scarce or dirty water, yes, but other places have showers you'd be fucking proud to stand near. I mean have you ever seen a Moroccan bath house? I'd rather go there than do most things!
