That's the question. He's an anthro dragon, but all dragons in the show are anthropomorphic too, and the wiki states characters looking as if should be tagged "feral".

Very interesting....I would probably say anthro then, as he has fingers that grasp, stands upright, can do normal human things, at least more so than the other characters or what we'd consider to be feral
