Reason:

do we really need a tag for nostrils?

Perhaps if they are the main focus of the art? I think we can live without it though

If someone wants to blacklist nostrils, or search for em, why not? I say let it stay.

Well, hmm, someone must've put some effort into tagging those. So I suppose it's not completely useless.

I don't see major harm in keeping it, but if it is kept it will be woefully undertagged. Nostrils aren't quite as common as, say, head...but most characters still have those.

Yeah. It's one of those rare cases where I feel like it's not important enough to be tagged on EVERY occasion that it's visible, but is used enough that it should be kept, and is actually not overly specific like some tag suggestions have been.
