Everything I did at age 7. I was a really stupid kid. Like, REALLY stupid.

I'm not so sure if this is my grandfather's worst regret or mine, but when I was 10 he gave me some of his most precious comic books. First editions of Spiderman, X-men, Dr. Strange, Hulk and Thor are the ones I remember the most vividly, but there were other episodes.
I saw some stupid show on PBS about kids putting stuff in time capsules and how it would be like buried treasure worth lots in the future. So I wrapped the books (still in their protective sleeves, mind you) in a bunch of plastic bags and put them in a box and buried them about 3 feet.
One rainstorm later, all the books were ruined because I dug up the mud to see if they survived. They survived some of the rain, but them falling out of the bags I forgot to tie shut into the muddy water really did the trick. I still get sick to my stomach when I think about it.

Other big regret, turned down a Senator-endorsed scholarship to the Air Force Academy.

When I was nineteen I was prescribed Ambien and once took some to get high before going out with friends. I (apparently) made sexual advances on some of my best friends and viciously insulted them upon rejection. I don't really remember that, but I lost a bunch of close friends that day.

But worst of all, when I was sixteen decided to experiment with amphetamines. Yeah, I was really REALLY stupid as a teenager. Anyway, I took 100mg of Adderal and went into amphetamine psychosis. I've had a speech impediment ever since then, which really sucks since I was planning on being a voice actor.

Oh, and of course using this site before setting up a blacklist filter. I've seen some things man...
