From the description of the tag: "Pictures depicting very muscular characters, in which the fact that they are muscular is meant to be a central focus of the picture, as opposed to a drawing of a character who just happens to be athletic."
This may not be the case in many pictures which are tagged with "pecs". Case in point: Search for "dream_and_nightmare trunks smilodon" (sorry, but it just occurred to me that I haven't the slightest idea how to imbed an image in a post, here). You'll get a single image of a character who is tagged with "toned", "pecs", and "abs", all of which implies muscular, but not to the extent (or purpose) of the "muscles" tag.

Lol, good luck with getting this implied. They'll probably just end up aliasing pecs to chest. Lawl
