Yea yea. I know E621 isn't the place for this shît, but its "off topic" so screw it. Yes, I tried to microwave microwavable bowl ramen. I forgot the water and now my house smells toxic... or just like horrid burnt popcorn. The smell- okay first off the ramen is fucked beyond consumable, but the SMELL.. the smell is mostly gone from venting the house, but hopefully the microwave didnt burnout or something and turned into a fire hazard... D; my grandmother is alone when im at work!

The only way that could've REALLY fucked the microwave would be to have run it for like over 5 minutes with no water, or forgetting to remove the aluminium seasoning packet.

Im not exactly an otaku :P I just like noodles~ ...and it was for 3 minutes and was only a cardboard bowl with dry ramen.It costs 95 cents each so im fine with the cost, and no, I did not fuck it. It the microwave did... fucked the shit out of it... like, gaping bowl rough.

Then you lose the novelty of magically expanding aluminum. Plus more work. Jiffy pop pre buttered. :3 Convenience is king for Americans. I'd like to think Id use a popcorn popper, but it'd likely end up like my fondue maker- used once, then put in a cupboard and forgotten. I don't even know where that thing is anymore.

The one I linked, one I own, is as easy, or easier than jiffy pop.
All you do is:
Add oil
add popcorn kernels
plug in
wait for popcorn to pop
flip over
remove popper and use the lid as your popcorn bowl

You can add butter and seasoning as you like, and it's better than the fake butter there is in jiffy pop.
