Well GTA V is the only game that lets you airlift a giant dump truck. That's all I got. :C

OH! GTA V is the only game thus far that lets you touch and then have sex with a stripper!

I'm playing a game right now that lets me pilot a Kawasaki C1, and a Shin Meiwa US-1 with high levels of realism. Between the two of them they're...747-ish.

Favs:
1. Halo 3 (Or anything Halo...I'm a Halo geek, don't murder me ;~;)
2. Battlefield 2142 (did I also mention I was a BF geek)
3. Sonic Generations (...and a Sonic geek...)
4. Pokemon Red and Blue (FireRed and LeafGreen included)
5. Bioshock Infinite

Hate...well, dislike:
1. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Ghosts (I was okay with the rest of the CoDs existing, but these were just...not okay...no...)
2. Medal of Honor: Warfighter (Now I don't hate the game itself too much, I mean it sucks but really it's because of the bullshit marketing tactic that EA pulled saying it was the only way to get into the Battlefield 4 Beta. Turns out I didn't even need it.)
3. ORION: Dino Horde (What really pissed me off about this game was that it had a pretty okay idea but was developed lazily as fuck. Not to mention it's an obvious Halo ripoff, just with dinosaurs.)
4. Halo 4 (this game was total shit regardless of me being a Halo fan, why the FUCK does it have such high scores)
5. Sonic the Hedgehog '06

Updated by anonymous

Faves:
Legend of Zelda OoT, MC, and TP
Arkham City
Super Smash bros series
Disgaea series
Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2

Hate:
Sonic: werehog(fuck the night missions), '06(fuck the game mechanics), Riders:ZG(fuck the ruining game twists due to plot)
Kingdom Hearts chain of memories(fuck the cards)
Ratchet and Clank Deadlocked(just disappointing)
Any sports game that isnt Basketball or Football(excluding mario games)
Metroid Other M(just why)

Games that have a place in my heart forever:
Super Mario Sunshine
Sonic Adventure 2 Battle
Star Fox 64 and Command
Guitar Hero series

Updated by anonymous

Favorites:

1) Sonic 3 and Knuckles
2) Sonic Adventure (I think 1 is more groundbreaking than 2)
3) Crash Bandicoot (any # 1-3)
4) Metal Gear Solid (only played up to 2 so far, but I really love it)
5) Ratchet and Clank (whatever # 1-3)

Dislike:

1) Most sports games
2) Most racing games
3) Anything faulty

Funny thing: I've never played Animal Crossing before, despite my username. =P

Updated by anonymous

Faves:
1) Unreal Tournament series mainly UT2004.
2) Arma series mainly Arma III.
3) Titanfall loving it so far.
4) Deus Ex and Deus Ex: Human Revolution (Screw Invisible war and the Fall)
5) Battlefield 2, 1942 and 2142 (I weep for the recent age of the battlefield games)

Dislikes:

1) Borderlands (got old real fast).
2) Recent Call of Duty series of games (Miss the good old sniping days on COD 2)
3) Sports games.
4) Minecraft (Liked it at first then it got stupidly popular and I eventually ran out of things to do).
5) MMO's just can't get into the grind.

Updated by anonymous

Good:

Borderlands 2
Skyrim
black ops
little big planet 2 (sooooo much shit to do!)
Aliens vs predator (was first online play game i got)

No good:
Aliens: colonial marines
Black ops 2 (didnt feel the same as 1)
Minecraft (i hear NES had better graphics)
Resistance 3
DUST 513

Updated by anonymous

Fave
1. GTA 5
2. Fallout: New Vegas
3. Killzone 3
4. Quake (all of them) / BF4, when it works

Least fave.
1. Every call of duty game ever, and every future cod game
2. FIFA (any)
3. Flappy Bird (does this count?)
4-5. I have no clue, mind went blank

Updated by anonymous

Fave:
Metal Gear Solid 3
Paper Mario TTYD
Souls series, can't decide which
Metal Slug 3 or X
Metroid Prime or Super Metroid
Honorable Mentions:
Mike Tyson's Punchout
Super Contra

Dogshit:
Fable 3
DmC
Final Fantasy 13
Battlefield 3/4
Postal 3

I feel like a faggot for only listing modern games as shit, but those are the ones that immediately come to mind, mostly for killing their respective series. At least Bethesda or Gearbox games never pretended to be good.

My top 5:
Alundra
AOSJGASPDJAHGOISDHG OMFG DIS GAME XD BEST EVA
Like seriously, this is awesome XD Even if I stop fangasming for a moment, it is a solid game with many many many many many many many strengths to it. It's a top notch game, and it is AMAZING.

Final Fantasy IX
The music, the characters, the plot, the gameplay, the art, the music, the characters, the world, the sidequests, the music. Wow... just wow...

Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver
Kain is deified, few know the trust; he was mortal once, however his contempt for humanity drove him to create me and my breathren.
O M G The VA in this is second to none.
"Concious!?! You dare to speak to me of concious?! Only when you have felt the full gravity of choice should you DARE QUESTION MY JUDGEMENT!"

Homeworld: Cataclysm
"WE WILL NOT BE BOUND!"
The Shaming of the Unbound. That single moment was enough to make this the star of an amazing series.

Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening
This is really just my favourite in an immortal series. That ending ;~;

Bottom four (Couldn't think of five :P):
4)Call of Duty series
3)GTA (The first few were edgy and different, now it's horrible repeatative and doesn't do anything that someone else hasn't tried already)
2)League of Legends (Well, all multiplayer-only series, but League gets extra credit for being annoyingly overhyped)
1)The Sims series.
Boring, overpriced, with no conflict, no driving force, no real, long-term goals, and, oh look! EA.

I can't make a list of my favorite games because I all like them as much.
But basically, Borderlands is my favorite.

Oh and I don't hate any games, only its community.
Just, think about it. CoD with only mature people that accept defeat as much as victory, and play not too serious but serious enough, then it could become a good game.
I love League of Legends, but I must accept its community is made up of assholes.

That wasn't a 747. A 747 is a two-story airliner with four engines. The only airliner in Just Cause 2 was the Aeroliner 474, based on the Boeing 737, which is a single-story airliner with two engines. The only four-engine jet in JC2 was the Bering I-86, which was a military cargo jet.

The generation when fully immersive VR is what home gaming becomes will be the generation of Revenge of the Nerds. Nerdy kids will be spending all their free time stabbing, shooting, and otherwise honing their fighting capabilities.

True.

And we have people like Sugoi to worry about. But only if Alfheim is also invented.

Cool, but where can I actually play the game?

Unless it isn't actually finished yet.

Still in alpha phase. Give it a couple years- the game is being designed and built by volunteers. As it stands, they're building level 10 to show to the creators of SAO in order to try and get support.

Oh, alright. I didn't know that. Thanks for the info, I'm not really familiar with plane designs.

I can't say I've played that, but for some reason I'm now reminded of Jackie Chan: Stuntmaster

Star Fox was my bread and butter as a kid. Damn If only i could get it on PS3 like Sonic Adventure.

So, I recently picked up the standalone copy of Read Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare. Holy shit, is it fun.

My favorite DLCs were for NFS Hot Pursuit. Lamborghini and Porsche packages... Diablo SV brought back NFS3 memories - especially the old school "sheriff" Diablo cop car.

Is that a lazily named new one? 'Cause I remember that one from when I was little.

MY favorite DLC was Shivering Isles. Yeah, I know.

Updated by anonymous

I dunno, I have plenty of favourite games, but a top five? Ehhh...

I suppose a couple of the old, arcade style Castlevania games would have a place up there somewhere. Everything else is kinda hard to single out though.

Not so much a lazy naming as a modern reimagining of NFS3. I must say, criterion really did my first racing game justice. Of course, that's hardly a surprise as anything they touch turns into gold - even EA can't break that.

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. That is all I need say.

That...is awesome. My favorite was always High Stakes, but HP had some neat cars like the Nazca C2 and El Nino.

The wonderful memories are flooding back.

Unfortunately, criterion did take out the crazycakes italdesign cars. But you do still get pseudo unusual cars like the Gumpert Apollo.

Then I am totes out. I hate how every game nowadays has the same boring supercars. I want something off-the-wall different. TDU had the Edonis by B Engineering, and that sort of Ridge Racer crazyness in a coachbuilt car really speaks to me.

I rather enjoyed Forza 4 giving me the ability to buy one of the same cars I drove IRL at the time, and any game that subtracts Italian styling has little class. I used to drive an Audi styled by Giugiaro, and one that wasn't, so I know firsthand how important a bit of styling is.

/pretentious rant

I don't want to re edit my list but I would have added the Dragon Quest series, particularly Dragon Quest 8. Holy shit man, that game is amazing.
