I'd rather reverse the alias. I prefer how "multiple limbs" reads and groks to "multi limb".

I think reversed as I have multiple limbs, but wouldn't consiered myselg a multi_limb

Well... I'd prefer multi_limb, simply because we already have multi_breast, multi_cock, multi_head, etc.

I think multi sounds weird, but I'd rather consistency. I'd be for this alias or changing all the others too.

...although, on the other hand, we also have multi_arm aliased to multiple_arms and multi_tail to multiple_tails.

I don't really mind which way it goes, but these should all be consistently aliased to either multi_* or multiple_*.

Should all be aliased to the multiple_* version.

Well, okay, if you really feel like changing them all... Though it's going to be a lot of work since many of them have multiple existing aliases and implications. See multi_breast for example.

And dozens of wiki entries will need to be updated.
