sizeplay is the actual term, though. In this case, it shouldn't be aliased to the separate form, but the reverse; the separate form should be aliased to it. Cannot comment on others, but food play at least is usually phrased as two separate words.

Maybe, though both are widely used. (1676 results for "size play" search on FA.)

Doesn't matter to me which way it's aliased, as long as it is aliased -- so I can start suggesting implications.
