Srsly... It's like they must have migrated over from Fchan and just assumed the rules here would be the same as back there.
There's always some retarded comment on a cub or seemingly "underage" image about how zOMG WRAWNG!!11 it is, or that it's been "flagged for deletion" by some righteously indignant asshole and then someone else is like "You know where yer at, right?" and "Blacklist exists for a reason!" yet neither of those things makes any dent and the person just keeps preaching about "teh evulz of cub pr0n" until a mod gets them with the ban hammer.
What makes people get so damn riled up by a DRAWING? I mean, I would like to think there's a pretty huge difference between someone drawing an image of Tails being chained up to a wall getting buttsecks'd by Sonic or hetero-raped by Amy Rose or Rouge and someone actually kidnapping and exploiting a REAL HUMAN CHILD.
I mean, Tails isn't the one in that situation whose going to need years of therapy. Passing -furry- images around just encourages the artists to draw more of that subject, passing human cp around encourages more child molesters and abductors to harm real living breathing children. I would like to think the former is the "lesser evil" here since the subjects in the images DON'T REALLY EXIST.
But there's always that group that believes "If you like it in that form, then you'd probably enjoy the real thing"... I dunno, I've come across 'straight' furs who were only comfortable with or aroused by homosexuality when it was within furry images and role play, but weren't into the real thing. But of course, they could've just been closet cases.
And someone could easily twist that sentence to go after anything else like; "If you fap to cartoon animal porn, you'd probably enjoy bestiality." Or "If you look at guro then you'd probably love to hack somebody up and make their skin into a toilet cover." Or "If you like shooting people in video games then you'd probably love to go on a rampage through your school or place of business."
Blaming the medium for the actions of the viewer is like blaming Marilyn Manson for Columbine. The same person who looks at cub images and then goes out and rapes a real life human child more than likely was going to go down that path anyhow with or without having seen that comic of Mamoru-kun getting blindfolded and gang raped. Just like how the same person who listened to Judas Priest or Ozzy Osbourne and decided they'd commit suicide was probably going to do it anyway, with or without the music "telling them" to do it.
If we go by this "being exposed to X will make you want to DO it" mindset then we may as well completely ban violent music, movies, video games, TV shows where any kind of sex or drug usage occurs because someone somewhere out there is going to be influenced by it and want to attempt it themselves. (Hey, I saw that episode of Intervention where the chick was huffing canned air, I think I'll try that! *Snrrrrrrt!*)
Or maybe we could just take a step back and think "that's only the morons out there who would do that, but there -are- people out there who are capable of telling the difference between and keeping their fantasies and realities separate and we shouldn't punish them for the actions and ignorance of others."
TL;DR version:
If you don't like how e621 rolls, then
go back to where you came from, trolls.
