I left that untranslated because it confuses me. There's dialogue between two characters abbreviated Ma and Ya. I assume Ya is Yamucha (Pancham's nickname) and Ma is Hajimaron (Chespin). The problem is that I don't know if the (unspecified) subject of Chespin's statement is supposed to be "you" or "we". It's either:

'Spin: Hey...... can't we stop yet?
Cham-pan: ...... nope.

or

'Spin: Hey...... you still holding out?
Cham-pan: ...... yeah.

I'm not sure which one though.
