Topic: Bizarre/Boring fursona choices

Posted under Off Topic

I've seen some pretty odd fursona choices and I've also seen incredibly mundane choices.

But I'm curious what everyone else thinks. What is the wierdest or the most boring fursona you've ever seen, and why

Updated by DWTBK

the weirdest fursonas in my opinion are the dogorans. they basically look like oddly colored dogs with horns.

Cookie is the most boring choice I've seen, an anthro animal cracker? What?

Anyhow... I don't think I'm that bizarre. but people always yell at me,,

Busy being a foxyfluff. Which technically is just an arctic fox.

those crux things are odd. they don't really look unique enough to require a special name imo

I swear I'm not brownnosing :p but I actually think the idea of a mousedragon is nifty. Two species blended together into a hybrid isn't bad... three's about the limit though before you get into 'really weird'...

That said, I think the weirdest I've seen is something that a friend turned me into, once... Let's see if I can remember it... It was part dragon, part kitsune-fox, part rabbit, and part peacock. She was peacock blue, with royal purple gloves/ears, and a florescent green under belly/tailtips. She has 4 tails, and three sets of wings.

....Good lord, what the hell were we thinking? I have art of it SOMEWHERE...

Cruxes and Sergals are enormously boring.

"Lookit meeee! I'm so creative and unique, that I had to pick an original species SOMEBODY ELSE made up!"

Cruxes are especially horrid, since 99% of the time it's chosen because the creator wants to be trendy in SL.

So true, so damn true. Still, I don't think I realized just how bad it was until I typed it out, reread and and.. well, yeah. :) if anyone's actually interested in seeing this scary thing, I actually found a drawing a friend did of it for me here: http://us-p.vclart.net/vcl/Artists/Ben-Raccoon/drixen.jpg ...I drew one of my own, but apparently never colored it.

On other topics, Crux are kind of visually interesting, but Sergals just make my brain hurt. Prehensile clitoral hood. REALLY?

Crux, as far as I can tell, just have stripes, mangy features, and anorexia.

Someone called?

Anyway. My old standard is a snow-leopard mixed with a white panther. He's solid white... until you get him under a blacklight, then you see his leopard markings.

That's actually kind cool :)

Mine's the most boring. Just some spotted hyena dude without a funky hair color, tattoo or piercing. And he does /nothing special at all/ :>

Seriously though, anything that would be considered "overpowered" in an RPG is incredibly boring to me. Do the people behind those avatars have some sort of complex? I'm looking at you, undead-regenerating-giant-vampiric-fluffy-angelic-hermaphrodite-demon-monster-with-a-reverse-mohawk! Some of these characters could be straight out of Munchkin.

EDIT: Just remembered a really bizarre one: A living fursuit. Can't find the FA account, but man, wtf o.O

Poor male hyenas, being all submissive and dominated by hermaphrodite "female" hyenas.

I just wanted to add that "crux" means "crossing", as in a location, but someone thought they'd be cool and use it as a shorthand for "crossbreed"
