Is there such a thing that works for this site? You find an artist you like, and see they have 3 or more pages of pics here (and only here, cuz they either don't have an fa page anymore, or are only putting clean art there)...is there a way to automate a download of all the pics on one page, then go to the next and do the same, like with downthemall on sites that just link from the preview to the image itself, instead of an html page?

There is a Firefox plugin for downloading images from Danbooru-style image boards like this one. I've not used it, personally, though I probably should since I'm contributing to Danborganize, which attempts to solve a similar problem:

There is also Danborganize, currently in alpha, which is a program that uses the Danbooru API implemented on this and several other boorus to allow you to perform tag searches and download images into a local directory:
